Situated on the southern outskirts of Tarbes, it provides easy access to the stunning natural beauty of the area. Unlike many other Campanile hotels, the room sizes here are truly commendable.

While the room size was generous, the design did not seem to prioritize convenience.

Other than pleasant staff doing their best in the circumstances, and an acceptable breakfast buffet there was nothing to commend this awful place!

I keep coming back because the staff are helpful, it has everything I need - Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, and a restaurant. They even provided recommendations on what to do. Perfect for my trips - hiking, skiing, and more. No regrets.

The room was very basic and not worth the price. It was by a busy road and very noisy after 6am with people going to work. It would have been fine but for about 2/3 of what I paid.

The close proximity to the motorway made it convenient for our travel needs. the manager was very helpful and accommodating, ensuring that we felt welcome and even preparing a ground floor room as per our request. the breakfast offered was standard but good, and the staff were friendly and attentive. the value for money was excellent.

The guest rooms at Kyriad Tarbes Bastillac are cozy and comfortable, making you feel right at home. I loved the premium bedding and spacious work desk, perfect for catching up on emails after a long trek. The free Wi-Fi also came in handy for staying connected with my fellow trekkers.

Personally, I found the television in the room to be unnecessary, as I prefer to spend my time exploring the beautiful surroundings rather than watching TV. But I understand that others may enjoy having this amenity.

Celebrating the new year away from home was a treat. The continental breakfast was satisfactory with a good selection to choose from and the hotel location was conveniently close to public transport and major roads. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was well-sized, with comfortable bedding.

The hotel was run-down and in desperate need of a refurbishment. The rooms appeared tired, with old furniture, cracked wash basins, and poorly functioning air conditioning, which made the stay uncomfortable.

The attention to detail at this hotel was excellent. From the courteous reception staff to the clean and comfortable rooms, I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel's location was also fantastic for my needs, being close to the motorway. Plus, the prices were very reasonable, making it great value for money.

You can enjoy a delicious meal at the restaurant, which impressed us with its courteous and helpful staff and good food and wine. the clean room and bathroom were well-equipped with a coffee maker and complimentary biscuits. we found that the hotel provided good value for money.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel provided fresh and tasty breakfast with croissants and warm coffee. the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient to reach nearby attractions and shops. Plus, free wifi was a great advantage for staying connected with my family back home.

The room lacked proper maintenance with a cracked washbasin and a broken lamp. the quality of cleanliness was below standard as the toilet bowl needed cleaning, and the moldy bathroom had a foul smell.
